These are looking nice! I feel like you could go even simpler and bolder with some of these shapes like #2 without the bottom fin. The top view you did of 3 looks great and if there was some clean way you could capture that from a side view that would be great as its currently too droopy at the moment. Carful not to have too much breakup in your shapes like in #1 as it could look more like you're designing a spaceship city based on frequency of detail. 6 is also getting close i think and is starting to edge towards that syd mead classic simple sci fi feel which I think would fit nicely with your style for the ip. Carry on and remember: bold, iconic shapes - so simple and clear is often times best.
