JulienS Week07

Cleaned up the rough I showed you in class. I think this tightly follows a perspective grid I made. I think it's missing some stuff. I like the blend of the gold palanquin to the bone but it lost the dangling rug. Do you think there's place to sneak in a visual element like that in the design or is the fur enough?

I'll try and bring some rough turn around sketches and call outs like the Warhammer 40k stuff we were looking at

Edit #1:

Added some colors + did some of the end bit variation cause it definitely felt weird. Struggling to get the front horns to feel better connected to the main part and I'm not certain I completely understand the notes you gave for the artery holes but I'm sure it'll be easier explained in class.

FEEDBACK:

Nice! i'm really liking this! toss in some flat color overlays on this asap so you can gauge the color breakup but i'm super digging it.  Couple of small things:

- how the two long vertical front teeth (especially the closest one to us) into the main structure of the jaw feels a bit weird.
- still not 100% convinced by the back hand holder horns - they feel a bit strangely shaped - potentially continue to explore solutions for this
- i've included a quick ref image for how you can treat the artery/vein holes on the jaw - right now they look too much like drill holes - give them a sharper top potentially and an opposite section that curves into the hole more. (doh can't upload for some reason...) heres the link:
